Educational Program Only
Project Stallion Club materials are for student learning, planning,
community engagement, and entrepreneurship education. The site does
not create a professional advisory relationship and should not be
relied on as legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical,
safety, or professional business advice.
No Investment or Funding Promise
Discussion of angel investors, venture capital, corporate innovation,
pitch decks, funding pathways, or startup finance is educational.
Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation, guarantee, or
recommendation to buy, sell, fund, invest in, or sponsor any venture.
Students may not represent that they have confirmed investors,
sponsors, funding, company partnerships, awards, clients, or
endorsements unless those claims are accurate, documented, and
advisor-approved.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
The club does not guarantee revenue, investment, sponsor support,
mentor access, college admissions benefits, scholarships, business
success, client results, or program acceptance. Any examples,
projections, costs, prices, or milestones are planning estimates,
not promises.
Student Safety and Supervision
Student activities should follow school, parent, guardian, advisor,
venue, and applicable safety expectations. Students should not meet
privately with clients, younger students, mentors, sponsors, or
investors as official club representatives without appropriate adult
awareness and approval.
Assumption of Risk
Club activities may involve ordinary risks connected to travel,
public events, fundraising, food handling, online communication,
public speaking, vendor research, and interaction with outside
organizations. Participants and families are responsible for deciding
whether an activity is appropriate and for following required school,
parent, guardian, advisor, venue, and safety rules.
Events, Fundraising, and Sales
Fundraisers, sponsor outreach, sales activity, workshops, and public
events may require school approval, parent permission, permits,
insurance, venue rules, food safety review, payment procedures, or
other requirements. The site does not replace those approvals.
Permits, Insurance, and Payments
The site does not state that any fundraiser, event, payment method,
food sale, venue, insurance coverage, permit, or sponsor arrangement
has been approved unless that approval is separately documented by
the responsible adult, school, district, venue, or fiscal sponsor.
Accuracy and Availability
We try to keep site information useful and accurate, but content may
be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or changed without notice. You
are responsible for confirming details before relying on event,
sponsor, prospectus, legal, privacy, or program information.
Third-Party Content
Links to schools, companies, investors, mentors, sponsors, platforms,
or outside resources are provided for convenience. Project Stallion
Club does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites,
products, services, claims, security, or privacy practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Stallion Club,
student officers, advisors, volunteers, contributors, and related
reviewers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising
from use of the site, participation in programs, reliance on
materials, or interactions with third parties.
This disclaimer does not limit liability where applicable law does
not allow a limitation, including liability that cannot legally be
excluded.
