Terms and Conditions

Site Use
These terms govern use of the Project Stallion Club website,
prospectus request forms, public pages, and related online materials.
By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and
only for legitimate club, parent, sponsor, mentor, or educational
purposes.
If Project Stallion Club is adopted by a school, district, nonprofit,
fiscal sponsor, or other organization, that organization may require
additional policies. Those policies control where they conflict with
these site terms.
Educational Purpose
The site describes a student entrepreneurship club and venture studio
model. Materials are for education, planning, outreach, and mentor
review. The site does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment,
accounting, or professional business advice.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell securities, solicit an
investment, guarantee funding, promise business results, or create a
partnership with any company, school, investor, or sponsor.
Students and Minors
Student participation must follow parent, guardian, school, and
advisor expectations. Students under 18 should not submit sensitive
personal information, contact sponsors or investors as official club
representatives, or participate in club business activity without
appropriate adult review.
The site is not intended to collect information from children under
13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 submitted
information, contact the privacy address listed in the Privacy Notice.
User Submissions
If you submit a prospectus request, contact message, sponsor inquiry,
or mentor inquiry, you agree that the information is accurate and
that you have permission to share it. Do not submit confidential
business plans, private student records, passwords, payment card
numbers, health information, or sensitive personal data.
You grant the club permission to review, store, and use your
submission to respond to your request, evaluate access, manage club
operations, and maintain safety and approval records.
Prospectus Access
Prospectus downloads, business-plan materials, approval links, and
private club documents may be access-controlled. Approval links are
for the approved recipient only and may not be posted publicly,
resold, forwarded broadly, or used to impersonate a club officer,
advisor, sponsor, investor, or school representative.
Venture and Funding Materials
Pitch decks, funding maps, startup models, sponsor targets, angel
investor research, venture capital language, and corporate innovation
examples are educational planning materials. They do not create an
investment opportunity, securities offering, lender relationship,
fiduciary relationship, endorsement, employment offer, or binding
sponsor commitment.
Content and Intellectual Property
Site text, graphics, page layouts, prospectus materials, club marks,
and related content may not be copied, republished, sold, or reused
as another organization without permission. Students, mentors, and
partners keep ownership of their original work unless a separate
written agreement says otherwise.
Conduct
You may not use the site to harass students, misrepresent an
affiliation, send spam, upload harmful code, scrape data, bypass
access controls, interfere with site operation, or submit unlawful,
misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unsafe material.
Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to third-party websites, email services, hosting
providers, forms, or documents. Those services are controlled by
their own terms and privacy practices. Project Stallion Club is not
responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or
policies.
Disclaimers and Limits
The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, Project Stallion Club disclaims warranties of
accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. The club is not liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from
site use.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability
exclusions. In those locations, the exclusions apply only to the
extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, users who misuse the site, submit
unlawful material, misrepresent an affiliation, violate another
person's rights, or use club materials without permission agree to
be responsible for resulting claims, losses, damages, costs, and
reasonable expenses.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are intended to be interpreted under California law,
without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms
should be sent through the Contact page or to the faculty advisor.
