We may collect the following categories of information:

Information may be shared with student officers, the faculty advisor, approved adult reviewers, service providers that host the site or send email, and school or sponsor reviewers when needed for the purpose of the request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not post private student contact details publicly without appropriate approval.
The club is intended for high school students, families, educators, mentors, and community partners. Students should use school-approved or parent-approved communication channels when required. The website is not intended for children under 13.
Parents or guardians may ask for review, correction, or deletion of a student's submitted information by contacting the privacy address below. We may need to verify the request before acting.
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for club operations, safety review, prospectus access, sponsor or mentor follow-up, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. We may delete or anonymize outdated request records when they are no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for a student-led site, including access review and limited use of request data. No website, email, or online storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Before or when information is collected, California residents should understand the categories of information involved, why it is used, who may receive it, and how long it is normally kept.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, payment card numbers, health records, precise location, biometric identifiers, or private school records through this public site. Do not submit that information.
We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not offer financial incentives or service differences based on personal information.
California privacy law may give California residents rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Project Stallion Club may not be a business covered by every part of the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act. Even so, we will review reasonable California privacy requests when we can verify the requester and locate the relevant information.
A parent, guardian, or authorized agent may submit a request for a student when permitted by law. We may ask for verification before releasing, correcting, or deleting information.
The current static site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process limited technical data for security, logging, and delivery. If analytics, cookies, or advertising tools are added later, this notice should be updated before launch.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals do not change current site behavior.
Send privacy requests to privacy@projectstallionclub.com or use the Contact page. Include your name, email address, the request type, and enough detail for us to locate your information. We may ask for verification before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information.
We may update this Privacy Notice as the site, hosting, forms, email tools, programs, or applicable law change. The updated date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
